Registration Process

The prospective students are required to submit the admission form duly filled up, attach the mandatory documents and pay the applicable fees for the admission process.

Mandatory Documents for admission

Registration Form Information:

  • Name/Date of Birth/Father Name/ Address/Aadhar Number
    * All the above must match with the 10th Std. Marksheet/ Certificate.
  • Address/Aadhar Number
    * All these must match with the ID proof provided (either one of: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License)
  • Color Scan of 10th Std Mark sheet & Certificate (PDF)
  • Passport size color photo (JPEG/ PNG/ JPG)
  • Color Scan of Govt. Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License – PDF)
  • In Case of Name changes, and different from 10th Std Mark sheet/ Certificate, attach Name Change document (PDF).

Important Note

  • The eligibility criteria for every Trade is clearly mentioned on our website under the Trades. The student should ensure that they satisfy the eligibility norms for the Trade they wish to enrol in.
  • Every student who is registered will be issued a provisional registration number.
  • The admission is confirmed after verification of all documents as admission is subject to eligibility as per Digital ITI norms.
  • Upon receipt of all the documents with applicable fees, the provisional admission will be confirmed after the verification of the online documents.
  • During the tenure of the course/ during the first few practical attendance, the Digital ITI will do the physical verification of the documents and confirm the enrolment and Student ID will be generated and issued.
  • For any pending documents, if any which the enrolment team requires, it would be communicated to the students by the support team.

Provisional Admisssion

  • The students would receive the acknowledgement letter with reference number along with login credentials of the Blended learning management system, while the enrolment number would be communicated to the students on their registered email id. This would be subject to fees clearances in Digital ITI account.
  • While applying for the course, the prospective student should ensure that they are eligible for admission to respective program as per the guidelines of the Digital ITI
  • Based on eligibility criteria and after scrutiny of documents, an enrolment number would be generated by the Digital ITI enrolment department and only then a student would then be a registered student of the Digital ITI.
  • The student under provisional category who have received the reference/provisional numbers would not be allowed to appear for exams till they are confirmed enrolled. For special cases based on reference numbers, in case the students are allowed for appearing in exams then their results would be kept on hold till they have satisfied their eligibility norms and this would happen only after the enrolment number has been issued by the Digital ITI. It is the students responsibility to submit all required documents on time after they have applied for program.
  • For pending documents, if any which the enrolment team requires, it would be communicated to the students by the support team.
