Registration Process for Self Paced Blended Learning ITI Trades through Digital ITI

Prospective Students Registers Online by Paying Rs. 500/-as Registration Fees.
Fills all the details in the Online Application Form and Uploads all the Mandatory Documents (Colour Scan Copies) for Admission Purpose. |
3 | Verification of Documents by the Authorized Department/ HOD/ Admissions Team | Within 48 Hours, the authorized personnel would verify all the documents as uploaded by the Prospective Students on the admission portal and approve if the qualified else application is denied. |
4 | Online Program Fees Payment | Only Eligible students, as approved by the Admissions Team, will be given a link in their My Account for the selected Trade Fee Payment. |
5 | Access to Blended Learning Management System (B-LMS) for online modules access | Upon successful receipt of the fee payment, the students will be given authorised access to the Digital ITI’s Blended Learning Management System to access various modules designed according to the trade time table and trade syllabus. |
General Instructions
- All Students should carefully read and understand the eligibility conditions mentioned on the Digital ITI website before applying for the online programs. There would be no refund of Registration Fee under any circumstances.
- Prospective Students should register on the Digital ITI Website for Online/ Blended Learning Trades and upload all clear scan colour copies while applying for a specific Trade.
- Furnishing incorrect information/suppression of information would lead to rejection of the application for admission.
- No change of trade will be accepted by the Digital ITI under any circumstances, after enrolment of specific trade is confirmed.
- Students are informed to visit our website Digital ITI portal for time to time admissions information and other notices.
- All correspondence will be made through email to the registered email id of the candidate (ie. the email id entered in the registration form during registration/admission).
- The Admission Process is at the discretion of the Digital ITI; any documents required by Digital ITI at any time during the course conduction; the students abide to submit the same
on time to Digital ITI for processing the same. - Only after the final verification by the Digital ITI Enrolment Team, the enrolment number would be generated for confirmed students.
- The Prospective Student has to ensure that their education/qualifying/ pass certificates have been issued from a recognized board only. It should be recognized by the regulatory authority of Government of India or Government of Telangana whichever is applicable.
- The admission would be processed as per the information provided by the student and in case of any discrepancy in the same, the Digital ITI would have the right to cancel the admission and the fees paid would be forfeited.
- The name mentioned in the application form should be exactly the same as it is mentioned on 10th Std. Mark Sheet.
- In case of name change/deferred name (10th Std Mark sheet) a name change Gazette Document has to be submitted by the prospective students.
- Submission of application form, documents and fees does not entitle the student to be considered as a enrolled student of the Digital ITI
- Cancellation and Refund Process are as per the Digital ITI norms mentioned on Digital ITI portal only.
- By Applying for Digital ITI Online Programs; the student undertakes to abide by all the policies of the Digital ITI as issued from time to time.
- The Digital ITI has the right to cancel the admission or/ and deactivate the online services if the information provided by students is found wrong or prescribed fees are not paid on time.
- Upon successful completion of Trade, Digital ITI issues the certificate only if all the mandatory prerequisites are issued from time to time and the same are fulfilled by the students.
- The Digital ITI reserves the right to amend the policies at any point of time and adhere to the NCVT norms, Govt. of India or SCVT Norms, Govt. of Telangana.
